Pros

Growing company who has two very strong brands. Also working on improving the culture and management practices of the company.

Cons

Management is having trouble keeping up with the growth of the company and the hiring the technical skills required to keep up with new production equipment. Just like any food company finding qualified managers and technicians is becoming more problematic.

Pros

Growing company with lots of opportunities for motivated individuals. Big company but still has a small company feel. Family owned and operated and senior management is very accessible to all levels of team members. Very safety conscious and puts safety above all else. Team members are given the opportunity to work on cross-functional teams and gain valuable experience on these teams. Great benefits. Positive work environment. Keeps team members challenged and learning every day.

Cons

Loud environment. Very busy and deadline oriented. Fast paced environment that requires flexibility. Honestly it is hard to find many cons at this job!
