Old equipment, they barely want to supply you the tools you need to perform efficiently, Micro-management, they blame the drivers for every delay and dispatch is terrible. No Pay increases and they don't pay bonuses like they tell you.

haha... none there's not a single good thing about working at KAG

Cons

Get threatened for not working 10-20 hours overtime for free Get yelled at for not being detailed enough with your timesheets Get yelled at for not being detailed enough in submitting your daily 'what i did today' reports, TWICE A DAY BY THE WAY! "We're a family here" Get micromanaged and threatened all the time.
