Pros

A weekly paycheck and an opportunity for health insurance. There really isn't much else for positive aspects to the company.

Cons

The drivers take no pride in their work due to the pay being lower than almost all of the competitors in the area. They take their frustrations out on the dispatchers, but only those who are not willing to agree to all of their demands. The management does not enforce any repercussions to inappropriate actions, thus creating an extremely unprofessional work environment (and that's taking into consideration that we're working with truck drivers.) Employees in management positions have no expectations placed on them, as long as they show up for work everyday, that secures their job. When employees have concerns or issues, nothing is followed up with and the only way to rectify a problem is to repeatedly ask if anything has been done for several weeks. The equipment is not properly serviced, thus causing breakdowns and unnecessary shortages of equipment. Days off are far and few between until you call out. Employees are nothing more than a number to the corporate office, who do not even concern themselves when a terminal loses more than a half a dozen employees in a 6 month period. The general attitude towards working here is to do as little as possible to keep your job and the effort and attitude shows among the unhappy employees.

Pros

Easy to work for. Very tolerant. Steady paycheck

Cons

As a driver hard workers are treated the same as slackers. Corporate is to big and not in touch with there drivers. Pay is lower than almost every tanker outfit in the area. No two terminals are paid the same. Terminal managers are clueless college kids with no real world experience. Service to equipment is awful cheapest route first safe route if caught. Suggestions fall on deaf ears.
