Pros

At least I have a job. There's really not much else I can say. They have free coffee if you're at corporate.

Cons

Zero training, zero clear communication, it's almost like I can literally feel myself being exploited. I've been around for a while, no raises - no respect for employees. There is only negative reinforcement techniques used. I know for a fact that if you are caught 'chatting' for too long in safety or billing you will be yelled at.

Pros

Flexible schedule, great pay. Management is responsive and interactive with all employees. Great bonus incentives. Close knit work group, most have been there for over 10 yrs.

Cons

There's not alot of bad to say about KAG West, but I guess the one thing would be that their headquarters in OH micromanages company too much.
