Great benefits. lots of over time 50 to 70 hours a week. Time and a half after 40. Double time on holidays. Quarterly safety bonuses.

Working weekends. Start out on night shift.

The people that I worked with were incredible. The pay was decent.

Cons

Work life balance kinda sucks in the fuel hauling game. Upper management is more concerned with keeping the shareholders happy than anything else. Got a bad tire? Send a picture to prove it. Need oil for your truck? Not an authorized expense.
