Pros

Some of the benefits are nice but not anymore than is offered from others

Cons

Work environment is hostile. The favoritism is obvious, positions are given to under qualified staff and residents suffer because of this. The DON is crude and condescending to staff, cutting moral down. There's no room for growth or advancement. This is a dead end job that care only of appearances.
