Cons

ISCL VP's and Director's lack leadership skills, company runs most plants pennies and belittles plant management for less than desirable results, very micro managing, less than competitive compensation at management levels.

Good salary,freedom to Work.great exposure to automobile manufaturing. Products are best in industry.extra perks are very good.

Cons

Future growth not clear...switching role/cmpny is difficult .distributors have greater power than should be allowed.lots of travel is needed and driving car is a necessity
