A performance driven company, pays on part with industry standard, ethical- driven from top management, high regards to safety.

Cons

Technologically saturated, limited challenges. Multiple hierarchy, less emphasis on new process developments and improvements. (filled with old heads and 'not my job' type)

Pros

The benefits package is quite good in terms of RRSP matching. Health and dental coverage is nice too. Good people as well.

Cons

Some of the safety protocols seem a little over done. Based on my experience with the sales force, customer service could use some improvement.

You get to travel to several different companies, understand their best practices. Very wide range of products. Interaction with teams from around the world on a weekly basis

Cons

Long work hours, possibly on weekends too when travelling. The market is often price driven, rather than being quality driven.
