It was an absolute dream to work for Kensho The level of coworkers and culture was absolutely amazing. I had to leave due to personal issues, but honestly- it's the best job anyone can hope for. You get the startup feel but with huge company perks.

Benefits are better than any other company I've worked for- unlimited pto, 6 month paternity leave, sabbatical, great insurance. Culture is also great. Everyone is willing to lend a hand or help. Although we have people from all around, the company will host in-person collab weeks where we can all gather 1-2x a year.

Cons

Depending on your team, you may need to work closely with our partner organization which can make work more difficult because their culture and pace is different.
