Everything. Stay away! Senior leadership/HR/C Suite Team does not value their employees unless you are from an Ivy League institution! We are losing great employees to larger companies! Working here is like being in an abusive relationship. No matter how hard you try to fix it and look over it’s flaws, they continue to beat you down.

- Fantastic workplace, with free snacks and drinks. Lunch isn't offered though. - Amazing and talented colleagues, with PhDs from all disciplines. - Modern tech stack, with a focus on avoiding technical debt. - Very good work life balance.

Cons

- Somewhat of a male-dominated culture. - Acts like a "department for innovations" for S&P Global, so it's hard to see the impact of your work.
