The company has a family atmosphere, many companies under The Kent Companies with lots of room for growth if you work hard. If you are looking to advance with a company this is a good place. Great place for those looking for a career and for those needing a great place to work.

Cons

This is really not a con, however if you are not someone that does not have work ethic, and integrity it is not the company for you.
