Dissatisfied with hiring process.....

Nice people, had 2 interviews and was told i would b called either way of position, never received a call, i called them 3 times 2 weeks apart each time, continually told me no decision made, this was in feb-march, still waiting

Cons

Should return calls when they say they will, not acceptable to leave people hanging and wondering about a position at their company

We make a priority to maintain communication with all candidates throughout the hiring process. Small company, so everyone's pretty close Great experience Great people to work with Long-term careers. Not just a job.

Cons

Communication isn't always the greatest, but that's not always management's fault.
