Pros

Overall, the company has very good working culture. People are amazing.

Cons

The company promotes their senior managers and up (and even gives them bonuses!). But people below managerial level, tend to get overlooked. They would rather hire externally than promote internally, especially those who have been with the company for many years. Salaries are based on your nationality - not on your skills or years of experience.
