Pros
1. Large size subcontracting/manpower supply company with a long history helps winning a lot of contracts, which releases a lot of jobs in the market. 2. Good pay if you have "relationship" with someone important or you are from "developed countries"
Cons
1. Way too many "family" business ongoing inside the corporation, Lots of father-son and husband-wife inside company and on client's project sites. Conflict of interest seems unimportant. 2. A few employees from Kent just take advantage of working on-site and closer to client. Many shady transaction. Money flows into a few guys' pockets.
