-organizational structure is lacking, many people in positions of authority that do not know how to strategically plan and oversee others
-no tier plan in place for salary increases and no opportunities to move up into a different position to get paid more unless you are favored by higher administration and work very very hard
-slow ordering/processing/receiving system for supplies needed for work
-toxic standards for performance(ex: no real set of guidelines for performance and monitored/evaluated on non-existent standards)
-overall unorganized...no matter what department you work in
-some leaders in extension have no understanding of extension and those who do use it to benefit themselves or state counterparts
-last minute events, communication, and reports are frequent(ex: the day that an important report is due, upper administration will ask for a full report before EOD )
-unequitable salaries
-no transparency from administration in previous years but they are working on transparency
