Good salary and benefit. A lot of knowledge.

Cons

Some of leaders are filled by people who do not have the ability in their fields. The position of the leader can rise because of the element of closeness / affair relationship, not because of expertise or work experience. The occurrence of micromanagent and toxic work environment. And many innocent employees were forced to resign just to reduce costs. And there are many fraud in the sales process.

Good salaries, excellent PTO, nice people. Most colleagues are eager to help, and are generous with their time and expertise.

Cons

No direction, HUGE silos, chaos in development and execution, and a total and complete inability to make decisions effectively. Cannot let go of the drug company mentality of J&J - senseless complexity which crushes the spirit of workers. Arrogance and hubris from many top leaders.

Pay is great along with benefits. You are given ownership to run your projects and get good exposure

Cons

Lots of change including leadership changes. Heavy workloads including last minute firedrills. Morale and culture have been a consistent challenge since J&J spinoff.
