Pros

Good job, good pay and benefits. Long and crazy hours but you do work with some great people.

Cons

Upper to upper middle management doesn't care for the workforce or their lower tier management. Won't hesitate to throw anyone under the bus and they have a blatant disregard for employee concerns.

Majority of the drivers are awesome and willing to help a new driver. Pay is decent and backed by Teamsters union.

Cons

Upper management is only concerned with the almighty dollar. COVID came along and didn't get PPE for 3 months. Still waiting on plexiglass doors for protection instead of dollar store clear shower curtains. Training went from 6 weeks to 3!! Not enough time for new drivers. And dangerous! Safety personnel is clueless. Cannot enforce no mask policy.
