      Be careful with this trrying hard leader - Dharamver Rathor. He is very very inconsiderate and protected by his immediate boss, who came from the same contry. Why this company is allowing this people to carry on their personal agenda?

      Everything is bad as long as those two manager are in this company.

      Pros

      You get your hours if your standby. Once your on dispatch good side, standby isn't that terrible. Union is great. Benefits are not to bad.

      Cons

      Favoritism at its finest. The person in charge of making the route times makes it impossible to have a balanced home/work life. Management doesn't care about their employees. No bonuses.
