It's full time work plus overtime when they allow it.

Cons

It's take 8yrs to get to $24 an hour, you are forced to work your day off, you never get holidays off, they talk to you like trash, passenger's are horrible and always threatening your life.

Cons

Corporate resources, strategy don’t translate to individual sites. Very “ us vs them” attitude. Compensation and benefits are far below market average.
