-Dispatch is awesome, radio is awesome, road supervisors awesome. 95% of management is awesome and amazing. Very understanding staff to work with Benefits are good and 401k they give 3% -Always able to get as much overtime you want in the summer -Safety is first as should be

-The amount of stress from passengers, passengers can put you in the most stressful situations
