      401k, benefits and that's about it

      Cons

      Schedule is outrageous. Nights a few days, mornings on others. Lowest pay with the most work in the company. Your job can be abolished at any given time (along with your schedule being changed) and be forced to go somewhere that can be over an hour in a half from your home. A bit of racism at some locations. Union dues can reach nearly 100 a month you have to pay. .. Too much to type

      At The Current Moment, No Pros to really Say. Keolis In Las Vegas is Still New and been here just over a Year.

      Cons

      Extremely Poor Management to Staff Communication. Favoritism is Seen in The Training Department From Management Selecting Instructors. The Planning Department Does not know how to put Bid Packets Together for Operators to Bid a Route Packet. The Bid Packets are Extremely Poor. The TOP Bad Con is: Extremely Poor Communication with Staff. Know Knows anything and just likes passing the buck. Also The Pay Scale is really Cheap. LOW Paid Operators.

      They're not a bad place to work... a lot better than the company they beat out for the operation of the commuter rail.

      Pros

      Managers actually bother to treat you as though your opinion meant something. At least these people have experience in the transportation industru & understand that the railroad is unlike any other workplace... it's more of a culture than a job.

      Cons

      They seem to be cheap with regards to staffing and equipment upgrading. Other than that, I can't think of much else to complain about.
