Pros

Benefits are top notice pay is ok but needs to be better for the amount of stress we deal with.

Cons

Typical corporate BS, management needs to improve and quit nitpicking and being petty over stupid stuff, hours are brutal splits and 15 hour days half of that waiting in the driver's lounge for a route to open up.
