Pros

Great people work here, never met someone who wasn't nice ad helpful and genuine (hard to find). Free lunches on Tuesdays. Flexible work hours, hybrid office. Good onboarding process.

Cons

C suite is pretty annoying with constant goal post changes for promotions and growth opportunity. Great place to start your career, but isn't the place you stay for more than 3 years.

Training of digital media fundamentals is great for entry level employees. They also do a great job of providing more junior employees with client facing opportunities to sharpen their soft skills.

Cons

Similar to other agencies, work life balance can get out of hand if boundaries are not set internally and externally with clients.
