Pros

- The CEO is clearly a good person committed to the wellbeing of the employees - There are a lot of smart people who you'll meet and perhaps become good friends with - The company takes DEI very seriously and is refreshing to work in a place that is full of smart people who care about the people they work with - Depending on the client, it can be a bit of work hard/play hard mentality

Cons

- Specifically during the pandemic, Kepler lost a bit of that culture that kept everyone together - Long hours, especially during the pandemic, have become more normalized - Some members of the higher ups are not universally respected and this prevents upper management at effectively reducing employee hours
