Clearly it was a success as you were able to join us for longer, but yes, that sometimes comes with some investment from both sides, such as relocation. Good for people with minimal experience and qualification, education from scretch, good networking, clear opportunity for promotion after certain amount of years

Cons

No responsibility, easy task oriented job, not suitable for people with Masters and previous work experience, no rotations, monotonous and steady environment
