      Good place for those innovative hard workers

      Pros

      You are trading company money for a split of the profits you make based on your decisions. Profit potential is very high and capital is much less of an issue here than at other firms

      Cons

      Tech team can be difficult to work with. Updates are useless or nonexistent. Turn around time for issues can range from instantly to years depending on the issue. Some things just aren't worth bringing up which is a huge shame. Very difficult for new traders to get started although this is not a company specific issue

      Pros

      A lot of freedom at the company. Potential to make money (but no way to cultivate it properly). Great city and work hours.

      Cons

      Lack of trading culture; thus, many traders choose to trade from home. Dark and unlit trading floor (bad on eyes). New trader training is terrible. Mentors are hit/miss, but mostly miss. Company seems to hire in quantity versus quality. Very expensive desk fees. Technology team has an ego despite developing mediocre software. Virtually zero experienced trader to developing trader interaction. New traders are stuck in their own corner of the trading floor, while the experienced traders typically stick with each other
