Pros

Some good and knowledgeable folks.

Cons

I don’t know where to start: 1. No vision. They do not know where the company will be in the next 12 months. 2. They do not care for employees. They hire people even though they cannot afford them and lay them off in couple of months. 3. They don’t keep up promises. When you are hired they promise you a lot of things and also write it in your offer letter and none of them are honored . 4. No transparency. 5. Layoffs are very common. Probably twice a year. 6. Extremely rude management. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. 7. No bonuses or benefits. Not at all competent with other Bay Area startups. My advice is to stay away.

Pros

We have great people, open and caring leadership and a positive remote culture. I appreciate the efforts of management to hear employees out, share vision and communicate openly. It finally feels we are all rowing together and in the same directions. Sure, there are day to day issues but overall, I find that there is an employee focused culture that is rare at tech companies. I love working with my team and also enjoy collaborating cross functionally.

Cons

I do feel we need a more detailed and focused strategy and roadmap shared to further drive our goals and outcomes. However, I also know I can reach out to my manager and our CEO any time to have my concerns and questions addressed on this. We have systems and processes that do need to be refined, but considering we are doing A Lot with the size we are, I know that these will develop with time.

Pros

Amazing co-workers, some of the smartest people I know. Transparency has increased massively with Krish as the CEO, the overall vision of what the company needs to do over the next few years has formed and the entire company has visibility to this. Very cool space to work in, it's ever evolving.

Cons

Growing pains are real folks, we've had some rough moments over the years (as you can tell by certain blocks of time and Glassdoor postings). Overall, the company has been working VERY hard to correct a lot of the past mistakes and also the impact of COVID but we've got work ahead of us.
