Pros

Kessler has a wonderful collection of boutique hotels throughout the country. They are awe inspiring properties on the outside!

Cons

Extremely strict uniform and personal grooming standards. Lack of leadership from internal upper management. HR makes up the rules as it goes. Funnels money to new builds from existent properties which results in capital problems at those existing properties.

Cons

Have to buy clear bags, low pay, the management sends mixed signals to employees, not welcoming of student workers
