Be Cautious of Sloppy HR Dept.

fellow employees were pleasant and good to work with - very approachable manager

Cons

HR dept is falling apart, obscure annual review process - very shady about how they determine whether an employee meets expectations; don't expect a raise - once they get you in the door it's impossible to get more money unless you're in upper management
