With the exception of the VP. Their demeanor seemed rather cold, and I didn't feel a genuine interest in getting to know me. J4C0B's meetings focused heavily on unnecessary technical questions. Additionally, I was surprised by the lack of a welcoming greeting from this individual.

Inauthentic leadership that are concerned about appearances only. Employees are now required to be in the office 4 days a week (only one day remote) even in non customer facing roles. If anything is said during the interview about remote work, this is not true as one day a week from home does not equal remote. Many good employees left the company due to the remote work policy and I’m sure the exodus will continue. Beyond remote work, the company is extremely disorganized and as a result, you the employee are left holding the bag trying to do your job. Duct tape fixes are in place all over the organization with little thought about the mess it creates down the road that employees have to clean up.
