If you’re considering joining this company, take a moment to think it over. The work environment feels more like a modernized sweatshop. They create fear among their employees by constantly monitoring them. The management style is top-down, with little room for meaningful collaboration. Some senior managers are particularly skilled at micromanaging, closely tracking your work. One does not feel empowered to make decisions. Overall, it’s a toxic atmosphere with minimum flexibility.

I've been with Kestra for nearly three years and really enjoy working at the company. Everyone I've encountered, both before joining to a few years after working at the company, has been helpful, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. My coworkers have been amazingly supportive, and other departments have been collaborative in supporting our team. Leadership and upper management is approachable and friendly. They hold town halls, answer questions and stop to talk with me and my team around the building. The building itself is newly remodeled, has a great gym, walking paths, basketball, volleyball and baseball fields, along with a great outdoor veranda to eat lunch at. On any given day, you'll see 50-100 people outside walking and eating lunch.

Cons

They also cater and serve a lot of food. It's not always the healthiest of options.
