      Pros

      The coffee was top-tier and provided plenty of options for different coffee drinks. Good insurance package.

      Cons

      Performance evaluation was not quantified and dependent on personal opinions. Employees are in the wrong until there is sufficient proof to contradict that. The organization does not like to promote positions like Advisory or Concierge due to their high-turnover rate. Poor compensation.

      Great company culture, great people. Great team members who are willing to help, learn and teach others

      Company is undergoing a lot of restructuring and has a lot of moving parts but with time everything will fall in place.
