Pros
Great new office with a gym. Biz dev seems to do a good job gaining new reps/expanding the client base. Some teams have a good culture/competent peers.
Cons
Seems like most of middle management is in place because of connections or seniority (which is not too hard to achieve with such high turnover), rather than ability. No downward accountability- upper level management does not want to receive feedback about the middle or themselves. Getting different answers from different people is commonplace, because little is written down and what is is hardly ever followed.
