New office / not enough to list for a 20 word minimum/ headquarters in Austin, Texas which is a nice place to live. Austin Texas is great.

Cons

No one actually approves of the CEO - he locks himself in his office when not traveling and only steps out for occasional photo shoots for publicity - I was reading through and saw that someone else had noticed that there are fake reviews that have been posted. As a former employee, if you read the what is written in the positive reviews... it is not real or representative of Kestra at all from my experience. There is no one working at a non-executive level that would report no cons: “Keep up the good work!” ... especially from multiple current and former employees. The fact they they likely created shell glass door accounts as a strategic imitative goes to show you the low integrity of this sad organization.

Location. Culture. Company events are fun. Health Benefits are decent. Annual bonus. People are nice. Its not the worst place to work.

Cons

401k Match is low, no Tuition Reimbursement. No min max salary ranges so you have no idea if positions are up down or lateral moves. Training is very limited. No Christmas Bonus.

Like all of the real reviews say, the only pro is the nice building and the cost is definitely coming out of your paycheck.

Cons

Do you notice how there are multiple reviews all titled "Great company" that don't list any cons? These are fake reviews. I recently left after working there 3 years and I can verify that the company is posting fake reviews to try to repair their image. Anyone with a lick of sense could see through it, but I just want to verify that these are absolutely illegitimate. Completely irreptuable company and I can't recommend enough that you be wary. If you must take a job there, use'em and lose'em. There's a reason they keep getting fined by Finra as well.
