Great culture, you are treated like an adult, expectations are outlined, and it's up to you to meet them, mostly done with very little micro management. Co-workers are friendly, competitive and still willing to help at any time.

Cons

Flat structure, although the firm is growing fast, most of the grown is horizontal in nature. Pay is on the mid-low side except for Compliance & Technology/Project Management.
