Good pay, some team members ok

Cons

Long hours, some team members have bad attitude and if in higher position they look down at you. Like that job something rare to achieve and there is no better place to be.

After the company was sold, transformation begun and things started to change, now more care about profit but not people.

Pros - always challenging; some of the people working there are great; product is good product

Cons

Cons : Senior Management and HR team - reviews are not done by SR management for their employees / micromanaging/ do not respond as and when needed / allows employees to be rude , inconsiderate , and demeaning ; don't give credit where credit is due
