Pros

Good market product offering- Potential is fantastic for shareholders and an opportunity to give back to the community for stakeholders. Remarkable amounts of opportunity for improvement and growth in NA market.

Cons

Worst Executive Team I have been associated with..... No idea how to develop a manufacturing organization and manage growth w/o sacrificing the business long term. No concept of designing in quality and for a company that has a core competency of molding that spells disaster for the people working.. The executives will throw everyone else under the bus because that is the traditional approach to buy time and hopefully figure out another direction. This team like most is trying to tell the PE business what they want to hear Vs leading. But first before you can lead you need to understand the business, and their performance reflects they know little about the HOW to convert the commitment into customer and shareholder centered results. They continually over commit as a result. The Private Equity support is sharp but no experience and waste shareholder cash driving daily decisions Vs focusing on Strategic Structure at the executive level. No concept of transformation timing with respective resources and available talent let alone with increased growth. Root Cause is no strength in the Operation Executive Management (I will not disgrace the term leader) that then relies too heavy on the PE group.
