Discriminatory company and enviorment
Pros
None, zero, none at all
Cons
This company discriminates against people who have medical disabilities. I won't say much to identify myself but you know who I am, Keter. I asked HR to allow me less than 3 minutes to ensure my medical condition is okay as I am a brittle diabetic. Keter tried gas lighting me into thinking I didn't put down I had a disability on my application when I did. When I shown them the proof that I did, I was ignored. Keter wanted me to jump through hoops just to get a accommodation from some sketchy 3rd party and it'd take 3 months just to find out if it was rejected or approved. The supervisors discriminated against me and so did HR. Of course I contacted the ADA but unfortunately, nobody seems to fight for what is right and told me to take it to the state. Keter, as a company you need to do better. People can't help the way they're born. I pity you Keter. You need to treat your employees better or one day you'll have none.
