The people there are great. Both US and Israel want the company to succeed.

Cons

Management makes some very questionable decisions. Moving decision making back to Israel who don’t always understand the US market

Good people at shop floor level - treated poorly. Clean environment High health and safety standards

Cons

-Management bully people out of their jobs. -HR are spineless to react to complaints against poor management. -Management completely disorganised - company heading or plans change. -Company Leadership too busy or even involved to help. -Management walk around getting coffee and back to the office shouting and swearing at staff in between. - No wage structure - Unrealistic targets and constant panic. Completely over worked hundreds of extra hours given - no time in lieu or overtime paid.
