Pros

Free pb&j sandwiches and some shoes from temu

Cons

This place is rhe worst, they want you to clock in 15 before your shift, once a month you have to be there 30 min , they will send you to break an hr after your shift begins( mind you it's a 12 hr shift) they aren't really concerned about their products unless it's the Milwaukee brand they make, I had to send out parts that were dirty, had to much flash ones with oil and water marks on them. The training is absolutely poor, you have ppl who will tell on others to get themselves ahead and then get power trips cause they feel they are above you. You could work w ppl who havent literally showered in days, nor brush their teeth and then get up in your face acting like they are your boss,If you can avoid this place I would advise you at all cost.

Pros

None, zero, none at all

Cons

This company discriminates against people who have medical disabilities. I won't say much to identify myself but you know who I am, Keter. I asked HR to allow me less than 3 minutes to ensure my medical condition is okay as I am a brittle diabetic. Keter tried gas lighting me into thinking I didn't put down I had a disability on my application when I did. When I shown them the proof that I did, I was ignored. Keter wanted me to jump through hoops just to get a accommodation from some sketchy 3rd party and it'd take 3 months just to find out if it was rejected or approved. The supervisors discriminated against me and so did HR. Of course I contacted the ADA but unfortunately, nobody seems to fight for what is right and told me to take it to the state. Keter, as a company you need to do better. People can't help the way they're born. I pity you Keter. You need to treat your employees better or one day you'll have none.

Pros

People are very nice here in Keter. Working in the marketing teams means lots of cross-functional, cross-country communications.

Lack of challenge , lack of dynamism
