      Pros

      Cool cars and some fun people to work with. The pay was bad requiring most people to have multiple jobs, so starting the day at 5 am and being done by 1 allowed for workers to pick-up other work. 7 day work week was nice and the management was flexible with scheduling.

      Cons

      They are a staffing agency now. When I fist started, they were very hands on with the engineering and testing aspects of the cars. Now they only care about putting warm bodies in seats.

      Pros

      Nice cars to drive, great part time gig if you don't need the money for survival. Always paid on time.

      Cons

      Many of the drivers have better intrinsic abilities and fundamental understanding of automobiles than do the "Lead Drivers". Promotions are based on obsequious qualities. Not a teamwork effort towards an end. If you breakdown, you can be on your own for hours without help. Weak tow truck network. Management/leads take credit for your ideas.

      Pros

      Great Human Resource Staff located in Chandler Arizona. Always willing to help you out when you really need it. The local client is very helpful and follows through on all action items involving staff.

      Cons

      No cons that I can see.
