Pays above minimum wage The managers are fair as well as nice VERY flexible schedule The work is not complicated

Cons

The company is cheap and doesn't care too much about they're employees Because the company is cheap there are no benefits The company does not have a very professional environment There are barely any positions that you can advance to Although the pay is above minimum wage, it is not very high It's project schedule so once in a while there is no work The job can be pretty boring
