Entry level job

Pros

4 weeks vacation starting on the first day. Hybrid schedule. 3 days in office and 2 days WFH. I had a wonderful manager who supported and made me feel seen.

Cons

It’s customer service forward job. Be prepared to deal with customers getting mad and demanding where their PO is. Part of the job to investigate what happened to a lost or damaged load, which can be tedious. Doing returns is a pain point

Pros

KDP has amazing mentorship opportunities and a great culture. It's a great place to start out in CPG, and they give lots of education on different parts of the business.

Cons

It seemed a little difficult to move up the ladder given longer tenure.
