- constant training - they seem to really care about their employees - fun little rewards (popcorn, fruit basket, 5a7’s, summer bbq, big Xmas party, extra days off during Xmas, discount coffee, free coffee at the office, barista courses, spinning and yoga courses offered on site).

Cons

- salaries are a bit below market in finance - not a 9 to 5 job for every job, overtime not compensated
