Pros
Key is a great company, good pay ontime, perdiem can't be matched. Good benefits. Big improvement on pick ups
Cons
People always trying to move up and will throw there coworkers under the bus for that. Don't ever know who is your real boss is. It really depends who's u kiss to move up. Yard I was at is really bad on that. The managers friends don't matter if they have experience or not they always move up. Favoritism is the only way you move up experience or not
