The most disrespectful degrading and exploiting company you could work for you mean absolutely nothing to higher ups all they care about is profits and looking good, they get more work done by straight up lying to your face about rewards and bonuses Pay is subpar every competitor pays better corporate is a nightmare here they want you to run equipment to the ground before fixing it and then chew you out for "breaking" it. They preach safety until money is involved.
