      Very little supervision Company truck to drive Overtime Entry level way into the oil/gas field

      Cons

      -Lack of supervisor of employees -24\7 on call -Very long hours range from 12 to 30 per day -No schedule -Called out on vacation and days off -Raises go by who management wants to give them to not by qualifications or work performance -poor management - no team work - lack of communication - management does not fallow company policy or rules -favortizem towards employees -lack of respect from management towards employees -revolving door with employees -expensive and poor health benefits

      Pros

      The only thing I liked about the job was being off at 11:30 am every other Friday but the rest is history.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional work atmosphere. Management talks to you crazy and the trainer doesn't like to answer questions. I give it less than a week before you place a complaint against her and what will happen? Nothing. The guy manager will take up for her and get annoyed you are complaining. Management is not involved with the employees only time they are is during 5*10 minute company meetings. I hope they hire a whole new staff...very big turn over rate.

      Pros

      There are good hard working people here. You are taken care of as much as possible. Key strives to hire the best that it can. They were plagued with poor management desicions in the beginning but over the years they have slowly rectified those mistakes and are gearing up for a good team to be on in ND.

      Cons

      If you have worked in the oilfield the flow of work is unstable. Same here at Key Energy some months may be slow then the next thing you know your working your tail off.
