Friendly co-workers, fairly laid back management and work environment. Strong focus on safety.

Cons

There's not a lot of emphasis from management on advancement, no mention of what is expected or how to do so, and even with recognition from every level of the organization for outstanding performance there is no mention of promotion.

Many opportunities to grow and progress within the company! Great benefits! Upper level management and corporate people that really care about their employees. Very safety and family oriented company. Great people to work with!

Always room for improvement. Could work on better relationships between different lines of business and departments.
