Good Pay. Good training. Not a great work - life balance. Disconnect between management and employees.

Cons

Poor Management that does not relay expectations well. Has some good ideas that are not implemented well.

The new local management is great at working with the drivers. Good coworkers.

Cons

Wage is below average for the industry. Schedule fluctuates on a daily basis. Not enough hours to keep drivers working full-time. Poor dispatching. Promises made are not promises kept. Not a career, more like a stepping stone.
