-Lack of supervisor of employees -24\7 on call -Very long hours range from 12 to 30 per day -No schedule -Called out on vacation and days off -Raises go by who management wants to give them to not by qualifications or work performance -poor management - no team work - lack of communication - management does not fallow company policy or rules -favortizem towards employees -lack of respect from management towards employees -revolving door with employees -expensive and poor health benefits

Very unprofessional work atmosphere. Management talks to you crazy and the trainer doesn't like to answer questions. I give it less than a week before you place a complaint against her and what will happen? Nothing. The guy manager will take up for her and get annoyed you are complaining. Management is not involved with the employees only time they are is during 5*10 minute company meetings. I hope they hire a whole new staff...very big turn over rate.
